From idea
to everyday use.
We advise, build and help teams adopt useful AI—one workflow at a time.

A clear way to start.
Bring one useful question.
A 20–30 minute conversation to understand your task, the people involved and what a useful result would look like.
No fee. No technical brief required. We’ll check fit and suggest a next step.
One focused workshop.
Half-day session.
A practical pilot brief within five working days.
Build one useful workflow.
Typically 4–6 weeks to build and test a bounded pilot with your team.
One workflow, one team and one agreed integration or document collection. The starting scope includes up to eight delivery days and two review rounds.
Measure. Then decide.
Compare quality, review time and operating cost with the baseline you agreed at the start.
Receive a documented adopt, narrow or stop recommendation. A useful pilot produces evidence; wider rollout is a separate decision.
Help the team make it work.
Scope production rollout, permissions, training and operating ownership around the pilot’s findings.
Optional ongoing support covers a monthly review and small agreed improvements. Production work and larger changes have their own scope.
Know the scope. Know the cost.
Workshop£1,500Half-day + written brief
- One remote half-day session for up to eight people, with one preparation call.
- Opportunity shortlist, one selected workflow, information/access needs and baseline measures.
- Written pilot brief within five working days of the workshop. Development is a separate stage.
A suitable completed readiness diagnostic can replace this workshop when it already supplies the agreed pilot brief.
Workflow pilotFrom £6,500Typically 4–6 weeks
- One bounded workflow and team, with one agreed integration or document collection.
- Starting scope: up to eight delivery days, a working prototype, representative test cases, two review rounds and handover.
- Measured quality, review effort and running cost; a documented adopt, narrow or stop recommendation.
The calendar starts after agreed access and sample information are available. Production deployment, wider rollout and changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
RolloutScoped separatelyAfter the pilot decision
Production integration, permissions, data handling, deployment, training and operating ownership are agreed in a separate plan. Price and delivery dates depend on those requirements. The pilot fee does not buy an unrestricted production application.
SupportFrom £750/monthOptional, four hours monthly
The starting package includes four hours total per month for a review and small agreed improvements. New features, emergency support, hosting and provider usage are separately scoped. Response arrangements and any continuation terms are stated in the proposal.
Workshop and pilot are separate; starting both totals £8,000. Scope, availability, applicable tax and third-party costs are agreed in writing.
Questions before you start
What could we build together?
A document assistant that links answers to authorised passages; a reviewed draft workflow for enquiries or follow-ups; structured extraction from a defined document type; or a small internal application with clear permissions. We choose a task whose usefulness your team can judge. These are potential scopes, not claims of measured client results.
How do you choose the model and protect the workflow?
We can develop with OpenAI, Anthropic and selected open-weight models. The choice depends on the task, information boundaries, quality, operating cost and support needs. Permissions and consequential actions belong in the application design, with the required review before execution.
What does AI-assisted consultancy mean?
AI tools support research, drafting and development. Commercial judgement, verification and responsibility for our recommendations stay with us. We connect that way of working with the applications we build and the adoption support we provide.
Is this different from your existing diagnostics?
Yes. Revenue AI Readiness & Guardrails (£2,500) and the AI Buyer Truth Audit (£950) are focused diagnostics. This programme adds a route into implementation and team adoption. We will use suitable existing evidence rather than repeat overlapping discovery.
